Transparent conductive heating films are essential components in modern electronics, offering both transparency and electrical conductivity. Types of Transparent Heating Films

There are two primary types of transparent conductive heating films:

ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) Films

Made from a conductive oxide layer (indium tin oxide) deposited on glass or PET substrates.

High transparency (80%-90%) and excellent conductivity (resistivity: 10-100 Ω/sq).

Common applications: touchscreens, LCD displays, and solar cells.

 

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Films

Use a flexible polyester base with a conductive coating.

Lower cost but slightly reduced transparency (70%-80%) and higher resistivity (100-300 Ω/sq).

Ideal for flexible electronics, wearable devices, and battery applications.

Width: 0.5 mm – 1500 mm

Thickness: 0.012 mm – 0.5 mm

1. Touchscreens

ITO Film: 0.7 mm – 1.1 mm thickness

2. Displays (LCD, OLED)

ITO Film: 0.125 mm – 1.1 mm thickness

PET Film: 0.125 mm – 0.188 mm thickness

 

3. Solar Cells

ITO Film: 0.1 mm – 0.5 mm thickness

PET Film: 0.1 mm – 0.3 mm thickness
