PET Transparent Heaters Introduction:
The PET electric heating film is composed of two layers of transparent PET film and a layer of designed and processed resistance circuit. It’s a ultra thin heating element with a flexible feature of Kapton heating element, which is waterproof, moisture and high temperature ( 100℃ ) resistant. Its internal heating mechanism is the same as that of the polyimide electric heating film, except that the insulating substrate is changed to low-temperature transparent PET, so it is also called low-temperature electric heating film.
The PET heater often used in the livelihood appliances of medical health caring, face beautifying, maintaining warmth, hair-styling curling iron, defogging, drying, etc. Being safe, power-saving and durable.

A: Method A: soldering with solder paste, followed by insulation adhesive on the surface after soldering. Method B: soldering with rivets. The back of the rivet is uneven. If the heater needs to be smoothly adhered to the heating product, such as glass, it is recommended to use method A.

A: Using Optically Clear Adhesive, it is colorless and transparent, with a light transmittance of over 90%.
Q9: Can the transparent heater be used to heat curved products?
A: Due to high resistance and long heating time, cracks may occur in the transparent conductive film. It is recommended for flat surfaces only.
