    • Silicone Rubber Heaters Introduction:

      Silicone rubber heater is a flexible heating element composed of high-temperature resistant, highly thermally conductive, and well-insulated silicone rubber, high-temperature resistant fiber-reinforced materials, and metal heating film circuits. It is constructed by bonding two layers of glass fiber cloth with silicone rubber. As it is a thin sheet product (standard thickness is 1.5 mm), it possesses excellent flexibility, allowing it to make full and tight contact with the heated product.

      Silicone heaters are primarily composed of nickel-chromium alloy heating wires and high-temperature insulated silicone rubber cloth. They heat up quickly, distribute heat evenly, have high thermal efficiency, possess high strength, are easy to use, and have a long lifespan, and are resistant to aging.
